Killer Bey' Strikes Again!

This year's Superbowl Halftime performance was sure to be a classic. Last night Beyonce delivered nothing less than what was expected of her, giving us a flawless performance. She stunned us all by wearing a breathtaking performance costume designed by Rubin Singer from his upcoming 2013 collection entitled 'Valkyrie's Dominion'. With being just a week after Beyonce's speculated lip syncing at the presidential inauguration, she has managed to erase any doubt a fan may have had about her talent. Last night's performance was just a reminder of why Beyonce is and always be King Bey. Long live the king!

Designer of the Month: Teonah Knighton

This month I am very proud to say that The Magdalene Wear's Designer of the Month is Teonah Knighton. New Jersey native Teonah Knighton is a Miami based designer who has quickly become number one on my list of most promising designers. Teonah has recently created a brand with her equally talented younger sister Taylor Knighton entitled The Rare and the Raw. These two gifted siblings are definitely two to keep a lookout for in the future.

Boxing Kitten: Designs of desire

Boxing kitten is a refreshing and innovating line that introduces prints in each garment made. This line is a funky and fun way of incorporating a vintage cut along with a tribal print that makes each and every piece stand out.
